Ingredients:

1tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
500g passata
200ml vegetable stock
¼ tsp dried thyme
2tbsp pine nuts
Small bunch fresh basil
Black pepper
1tbsp (heaped) sour cream or Greek yogurt
