Ingredients:


2 medium avocado, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 long Enligh cucumber, chopped
15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz can red kidney or navy beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced (optional)
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, juice of
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
