Bloody Rats and Bones (Meatloaf and Breadsticks)

For the meatloaf "rats":

1 cup quick cook oatmeal
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tsp yellow mustard
garnish: 24 sweet peas (or green olives for eyes), 12 thin slices of green onion (tails)

For the breadstick "bones":

2 pkg Crescent Rolls
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
