Ingredients:

Coconut Pastry Cream:

1 C milk
1 C canned unsweetened coconut milk
2 C shredded coconut
1 vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
2 large eggs
1/2 C + 2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
4 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temp

Whipped Cream Topping:

2 1/2 C heavy cream, chilled
1/3 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
toasted coconut and white chocolate curls for garnish
