Nutella Creme Brulee

Ingredients:

6 egg yolks
1/3 cup (75 g) sugar
1 vanilla bean
2/3 cup (150 mL) milk, room temperature
1 cup (250 mL) light cream, room temperature
1/2 cup (160 g) Nutella
3 tablespoons (40 g) turbinado sugar

Directions:
