1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
