1 Box brownie mix
1 Large egg
1/3 C Vegetable oil
1/4 C Milk

For the cookie:

1/2 C (1 stick) Unsalted butter
1/2 C Light brown sugar
1/2 C Sugar
1 Large egg
2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 C All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
2/3 C Mint chocolate chips
