¼ cup white rum
2 Tbsp milk

1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp salt
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
½ cup sweetened flake coconut

For the Glaze:

6oz confectioners sugar
4 Tbsp white rum
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
