1 cup diced dried apricots
¼ cup oat bran
½ cup shredded sweetened coconut
¼ cup ground flaxseed
1 ¼ cup rolled oats
1 ½ cup rice or brown rice crisps
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
¾ teaspoon ground ginger
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
