Ingredients:


2 – 3 handfuls thinly sliced kale
1 c cooked quinoa
2 or 3 sardine fillets, fresh or frozen and just thawed
1/2 avocado, cubed
2 Tbsp bbq sauce or sriracha or pasta sauce
salt & pepper to taste
