Raspberry Coconut Gluten Free Bars

I C almond flour
1/2 C sorghum flour
1/4 C coconut flour
1/4 C tapioca starch or flour
1 C brown sugar
1 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3/4 C coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz jar of raspberry jam or other flavour of jam, be creative!

For the topping:

1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature

For the coconut topping:

1 C sweetened flaked coconut
2/3 C slivered almonds
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
